Analysis and Prediction
Chapter 1: This chapter is about Roy Croc and how he went from a hot dog stand owner to owning McDonalds. The next chapter I think will talk about McDonalds growing as a restaurant.
Chapter 2: This chapter is about advertisement and how they trick little kids in to buying their product. It talks about brand loyalty and targeting little kids for advertisement. I think the next chapter will talk about the inner workings.
Chapter 3: This chapter talks about what goes on behind the counter and how it is dangerous. It tells the story of employees who got hurt from doing these jobs. I think the next chapter will talk about success.
Chapter 4: This chapter talks about franchises and franchisees. It also talks about the growth of the fast food industry. I think the next chapter will talk about the food.
Chapter 5: This chapter talks about how French fries are made. This chapter also talks about taste factories and how they can take chemicals to make smells. I think the next chapter will talk about cows.
Chapter 6: This chapter talks about cattle ranchers and how they are getting cheated. It talks about how they are cheated.
Chapter 7: This chapter talks about the meat factories where meat is packaged.
Chapter 8: This chapter talks about how dangerous the fast food industry is. It shares the story of many employees that got hurt on the job. I think the next chapter is about what is in the beef.
Chapter 9: This chapter talks about all the bad things in the beef. Such as E, coli, salmonella, monocytogens, and other things. I think the last chapter is going to talk about people needing to realize all of these things.
Chapter 10: This chapter talks about people realizing some of the things the fast food industries are doing.

Plot
This book is about how America has turned into a fast food society. It explores many of the fast food chains and how they got their start. It talks about the founders of McDonalds (The McDonalds brothers) and the man who bought it from them. (Ray Kroc) It talks about starting a franchise and the dangers of it and the corruption. It goes on to talk about all of the different industries that have suffered because of the fast food industry growing. Potato farmers suffered because of McDonalds buying out farms and lowering the prices for their potatoes so the original potato farmers get bad prices.

Authors Goal
I think the author had many reasons for writing this book. I think one of them was to inform
readers of how fast food industries began and the consequences of it. Another was to tell people
about working in a fast food restaurant and how it can be dangerous. Also fast food industries
have a big impact on the U.S.
